Web development built to be fast, secure and maintainable.
From marketing sites to logged-in web applications, we build with modern frameworks, sensible data models and performance budgets — so the site is quick on a mid-range phone and still easy to change a year from now.
What we build
- Business and marketing websites with content editing for the parts you update often.
- Web applications: dashboards, portals, booking systems, internal tools.
- E-commerce stores with a checkout that survives a weak mobile connection.
- Integrations: payments, CRM, email, WhatsApp, analytics, scheduling.
- Admin panels so your team can manage leads, content and enquiries without touching code.
Who it is for
Businesses that have outgrown a page builder and now need real logic — user accounts, roles, records, payments, automation. Also teams whose site is technically fine but slow, fragile or impossible to hand over to another developer.
Problems we solve
- Sites that take five seconds to become usable on mobile data.
- Manual work that should be automated: copying form submissions into spreadsheets, chasing quotes by hand.
- Data sitting in a tool nobody on the team can query.
- Security basics left undone: no access control, secrets in the front end, no rate limiting on login.
- Codebases with no structure, where every change risks breaking something else.
How we approach a build
We start with the data: what records exist, who is allowed to see them and what must never leak. Access rules are enforced on the server, not hidden in the interface. Only then do we build screens.
Server-side rendering is the default for anything public, so pages arrive as HTML that both people and crawlers can read immediately. Heavy or optional features load later, after the page is usable.
- Row-level access rules on every table that holds customer data.
- Input validation on the server for every form and endpoint.
- Security headers, HTTPS everywhere, and rate limiting on authentication.
- Code splitting, lazy loading and image optimisation as part of the build, not an afterthought.
Technology we use
React with TypeScript, server-side rendering, Tailwind for styling, Postgres for data with row-level security, and edge hosting so pages are served close to the visitor. We choose boring, well-documented tools on purpose — you should be able to hire someone else to maintain what we hand over.
Process and handover
- Scope and data model agreed in writing before development starts.
- Working preview from day two, updated continuously, so you are never surprised at the end.
- Testing on real devices and slow connections before launch.
- Handover includes access to the code, the database, analytics and a short written walkthrough.
Examples of scope
A six-page marketing site with a contact pipeline and analytics is a one-week project. A booking portal with accounts, roles, payments and an admin dashboard is a multi-week project. An AI agent layered on top of your existing site sits somewhere in between — we scope each honestly rather than quoting a flat number.
Questions we get asked
- What is the difference between a website and a web app?
- A website mainly presents information; a web app does work — accounts, records, transactions, dashboards. Many projects need both, and we explain the difference in detail in our guide.
- Do you work with an existing codebase?
- Yes, if it is in a stack we support and the code is accessible. We start with a short review and tell you honestly whether improving it or rebuilding is cheaper.
- Who owns the code?
- You do, on final payment, along with the hosting and database accounts. Nothing is locked to us.
- Do you provide maintenance?
- Yes — updates, fixes, monitoring and small improvements on a monthly basis, or ad hoc if you prefer.
